Eating Habits
Q: How much water should I consume according to my weight?
A:  You should try to drink between 1/2 an ounce and 1 ounce of water for each pound you weigh, every day.  ​

Q: What type of sugar is good for you?
A:  Turbinado or pure cane sugar.  With that being said, you want to cut as much sugar from your diet as you can. Especially avoid white sugar and high fructose sugars (corn syrup, dextrose, barley malt, maltose, rice sugar, maize syrup, glucose, tapioca syrup) - these are found in most packaged products.  Read your food labels.

Membership payments
Q:  How does my membership payment work?
A:  DHK Membership fees are collected on a recurring basis based on the membership payment option you selected.  If monthly, your membership fee is collected automatically from the payment method you signed up with on the same day each month until you cancel your subscription.  If annually, your membership fee is collected automatically from the payment method you signed up with on the same month/day until you cancel your subscription.

Q:  How do I cancel my DHK Membership subscription?
A:  Although we would hate to see you go, that is your option and we respect your decision.
      Simply send an email to [email protected] at least 15 days prior to your next monthly
      payment and indicate you wish to cancel your membership and we will take care of it.
